WIND & WEATHER CONDITIONS

Phuket has the most wind for the longest time of the year in Thailand, we have 2 seasons here that run along side the low and high tourist seasons. Each season has its own spot according to the wind direction of Phuket at that time.

The weather in general is HOT in Phuket, during the low season (Apr – Oct) we see quite a bit of rain from tropical storms off the coast passing by (this also brings good winds), these downpours can last anything from 30 mins to a few hours at a time, it is actually quite nice at times to cool off from the sticky heat we often experience this time of the year.

During the high season (Nov – Apr) it is HOT, HOT & HOT, the skies are blue, the ocean is flat and Phuket becomes quite busy, very rarely will we see any rain this time of the year.
